Select the furniture you would like to order from the proposal and we will send you a Sales Order form to confirm the item and material specifications. Invoice will be sent to you after payment received and we will keep you updated on the status progressively.
We will send you a Sales Order to confirm the order. Bank transfer and PAYNOW information will be stated in it. Once payment is made, send us the print-screen of transaction receipt through Whatsapp/Wechat or by email enquiry@ethanmobler.com. We will notify you once we received the payment with an invoice.
Currently we only accept direct bank transfer and Paynow. We are still working on our online payment system.
You have up to 24 hours from the date of purchase to modify your orders. For customized order, once it is sent for production, no changes will be allowed due to the time and resources involved. We seek your understanding and if you have any questions contact us asap via enquiry@ethanmobler.com with your order number and details, and we'll assist you from there. Please note that any changes may extend your delivery timeline.

No, you can order even just one piece of furniture. However, there is a minimum charge for shipping fee of SGD300 for orders below $1000.

No, unfortunately. Currently we are only serving customers which delivery address resides in Singapore ONLY. We welcome any customers who reside out of Singapore but needed our services to source and install for their property in Singapore. Keep us a lookout, on expanding our business to further more countries.

Every pieces of furniture is fabricated new after order placed, hence lead times vary depending on the item, location and shipping climate. We will update you an estimated delivery time and update you the status progressively.

For fabrication, it will takes around 18-30days depending the furniture complications.
For shipping, it will takes around 16-18 days to deliver to your door.
No! We make sure shopping with us is hassle-free. We have our experienced and reliable trusted third-party carriers to ensure safe and smooth delivery. Rest assured, large items are extra-protected in wooden crates and we’ll make sure your order arrives in perfect condition.
We insist our trusted third-party carriers to do extra protecting works by installing wooden crates before ship. From our past experiences, we have not receive any feedback on bad condition.
All our orders require recipient to sign upon delivery. Let us know if someone else's is receiving it on behalf. Please take note failed deliveries are subject to a 10% holding fee.
We can arrange to hold on to your order before delivery for up to 2 days. If more days are needed, there will be additional cost for holding at the distribution center. Please contact enquiry@ethanmobler.com for more information.
Yes, we offer free shipping & installation services for any orders above the minimum order of $1000. For orders below $1000, our delivery team will place it at your door. Hassle-free is our objective to help you purchase furniture from China.
Sure we can place it at your doorstep. However, to clear your doubt, you will need to hire local contractors to uncrate and dispose for you.
We insist to get your signature signed when order is delivered. If you are not available, please let us know as soon as possible, 3 days in advance so we can rearrange with the courier. We can hold your shipment at our distribution center for up to 7 days at no extra charge. If you need a longer hold, we can accommodate up to 90 days for an additional fee. Please note that hold fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer returns on any orders. For orders shipped outside of China, please note that all sales are final. These orders are not eligible for return, replacement, or exchange, and are void of warranty coverage. We encourage you to carefully review your order details before finalizing your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at enquiry@ethanmobler.com upon delivery. For repairable item, we will provide repair service to your door for one time only. If replacement is strongly needed, extra shipping fees, custom fees, declaration tax, delivery, installation and disposal services will be of extra charged. We strongly recommend to settle it in your own City as it involves time and effort for overseas shipment. We make sure the products are in perfect condition with video documented before shipment. However, we can't guarantee you unforeseen circumstances.
Our suppliers are confident in their quality to provide 10 years warranty exclusively to only China local orders. Unfortunately, we do not offer warranty coverage in Singapore at this time.
